benefits

The decision to improve your well-being will disproportionately impact your health, wealth, happiness, and career.

Low well-being will create undue stress, waste resources, lead to disastrous health outcomes, cause misery, and stifle career growth.

High well-being will help sharpen your ideas, reduce anxiety, and propel you to the highest levels of professional and financial achievement.

but why now?

In my spare time, I'm engrossed in reading dozens of studies and often find myself falling asleep with them in my hands. The knowledge I've gained from the world's experts has empowered me to pursue my passion for over twenty years.

But you know what one of the most common questions I receive is?

"Paul, how can I improve my life, become a better partner, parent, and someone who embraces self-acceptance?"

The stats don’t lie.

stress levels are on the rise

According to the American Institute of Stress, 77% of people regularly experience physical symptoms caused by stress. The loneliness epidemic, the cost-of-living crisis, and the COVID pandemic have all contributed to the challenges surrounding people’s mental health today. Building a strong network around you is crucial, and the course teaches you how to develop that network.

Mental well-being

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of anxiety and depressive disorders increased from approximately 193 million people worldwide to 246 million, representing about a 28% rise. Anxiety disorders grew from about 298 million affected individuals to 374 million, marking approximately a 25% increase. (Source)

Work published in 2021 by the University of Pennsylvania’s Matthew Killingsworth found that happiness rose steadily with income well beyond $75,000, without evidence of a plateau.

Loneliness Is on the Rise

The loneliness epidemic, cost-of-living crisis, and COVID-19 pandemic have all contributed to the challenges surrounding mental health today. However, one of the primary drivers of our health, which is arguably not recognized as readily, is our relationships.

A study by Cigna found that loneliness has reached epidemic levels, with nearly half of Americans reporting feelings of loneliness or isolation.

work-life balance issues

The American Psychological Association states that 61% of employees feel that work is a significant source of stress in their lives.
